I often hear people say “I’m thinking of retiring and running a pub”. Well let me tell all the people living in dream land, it’s not as easy as it looks!
When we decided to open the pub in Oxford to be the White Horse Brewery ‘tap’, the hardest part of the process was finding someone that understood what we wanted to achieve.
Duncan runs a great kitchen sourcing as many ingredients as he can get from local producers in the Covered Market. Some of the great homemade food available on the menu at the Royal Blenheim includes wonderful chilli and freshly batted fish to name but a few. And that is without mentioning the number of vegetarian and vegan choices available, so there really is something for everyone!
